ASH TALENT JUNIORS REPRESENTS A DIVERSE SELECTION OF OUTstANDING YOUNG MODELS, PERFORMERS AND FAMILIES.

Please use our application form to submit your child’s information, we can only accept applications for a parent/guardian. Please ensure height is accurate and taken on the day of applying and images are natural at-home shots with no retouching. Successful applicants can expect to hear from us within 2 weeks of their application. Unfortunately due to the sheer volume of applications we are unable to contact you if you are unsuccessful.

Thank you.

Yes, we have recently transitions to exclusive representation for stills in the UK. Young models signed with us are not permitted to be with any other agency in the UK. The only exception will be children under the age of 3, who are represented on a non-sole basis.

For talent, we are non-sole.

Yes – we understand that some children are only interested in joining one division (model or talent) and will make exceptions for some applications.

You can only apply during our ‘Books Open’ periods. When our books are open, you can complete the online application form & send your images.

No, ASH Talent Juniors do not charge any joining fees. All jobs booked via ASH Talent Juniors  are subject to standard commission rates, as stated in the model/talent contract upon joining.

No – no agency can guarantee that any child will work. We will only sign the children who we believe to be suitable/ will meet our clients requirements, but as the agency we do not have any say in who the clients choose and cannot influence their decision. We can proudly say we submit all children for anything & everything they fit the brief for. Please do not be disheartened if your child does not book any work, as the ‘in demand’ looks vary throughout the year and trends change overtime.

Most of the work does take place during term time. If your child books a job, the ASH team will contact the child’s school & Local Education Authority to apply for a ‘Child Performance Licence’.  ALL jobs that take place during term time require the child’s Headteacher to sign an ‘Absence Authorisation Letter’ (this is a supporting document for the CPL application).

Many castings & auditions are held after school between 15:30-19:00 for school-age children and during the day for those who do not attend school. They are rarely held on the weekends.

For permanent roles in Film, Theatre, TV or Touring work, private education will be provided.

Yes – Spotlight is recommended for all children on our talent division too.

Spotlight is Europe’s largest casting service where approved agencies have access to thousands of castings every day. Spotlight connects performers with the industry’s top casting professionals. Spotlight members are recognised for their professionalism which is why they’re cast for film, theatre, commercials, voiceovers, and TV work. Spotlight charges a yearly membership fee; you can find out more information here. We highly recommend all talent subscribe to Spotlight.

Unfortunately, if you haven’t received a response within two weeks of applying you can assume that your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.

No – we have wide range of northern clients so there is the option to stay local. However, some brands and castings will take place in London so being able to travel at short notice or having a London base can be an advantage. Particularly because travel is not always covered.

Yes, in most cases we do allow for OOA & TFP work as these can be a great start to kick-starting or bulking out your child’s CV, gaining professional images for their model card and giving them more experience. However, we ask that parents always check before accepting or applying for any jobs outside of the agency.
